User level 1. Unregistered User - NO LOGIN REQUIRED

Having arrived at the TRF Website, you do so as an un-registered user, which allows you to see the Public Content.
If you access the 'Forum' you will be able to see the Public Area and read the Public Area Posts, but you will not be able to Post

User Level 2. Registered User - LOGIN REQUIRED

You will need to 'Create an Account' in order to become a registered user. The registration process will require you to click on the Create Account link on the left hand menu below the LOGIN Button. The create account procedure will ask you to provide:

(a) Your Name
(b) Your chosen User Name (E.g Pluto) This will be the name that will appear in your posts on the forum
(c) Your Email Address. If you are a TRF Member, you need to ensure that you supply the Email Address that you provided with your TRF Member Application / renewal. ( We use this email address to verify your current TRF membership)
(d) A Password which will need to be provided twice.

Then click the Register Button.
You will now be sent an email which will contain a verification link that you need to click and the registration process will be complete.
You can now LOGIN as a Registered User

User Level 3. Registered TRF Member User - LOGIN REQUIRED

If you have a current TRF Membership then you will not need to do anything further. When you LOGIN, your current member status will be checked via your email address and the Members Only Areas of the Site and the Members Area of the 'FORUM' will be available to you automatically.
You can now LOGIN as a Registered TRF Member

Please note that if you have just joined online, it may take a few days for your membership details to be added to the TRF Database, and access to the Members Only Areas will not take affect until your details have been logged.

Please note that you will not require your membership number for any part of this process.
Please also note there is information available on the Help Menu for Joint Membership Holders
(in particular the Secondary Member)

It is worth remembering that TRF Membership expires an 31st December each year and therefore at that time, access to the Members Only Areas, will cease to function, unless you have renewed for the following year before 1st January.

We Hope that you will find the above processes both easy to understand and easy to accomplish.

Please do not hesitate to contact either web@trf.org.uk or it@trf.org.uk if you have any further questions.
